This is my mother’s recipe that I learned.
Ingredient:
Minced Meat (Beef/Pork)
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of pepper
½ tablespoon of corn flour
Sauce:
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
2 potatoes
1 carrot
1 tomato
2-3 onions
½ cup of water

1. Marinate the meat with 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and ½ tablespoon of corn flour.
2. Stir it thoroughly and make it to meat cake.
3. Stir fry it with some oil. Put the meat aside on a plate.
4. Chop the potatoes and carrot into cubes.
5. Chop the onions and slides the tomato into 6 pieces.
6. Heat up the wok with a little oil.
7. Put the onions in and stir fry till it turns a little brown.
8. Add soy sauce, pepper, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and oyster sauce. Stir it.
9. Add ½ cup of water. Stir it.
10. Put low heat and cover it.
11. Keep it boiling till the potato and carrots are soft.
Note: If it looks dry, you can add a bit more water.
If too much water, you can add corn flour water to thicken it.
12. Add the meat in and stir it.
13. Serve it.
