Konnyaku Jelly

Ingredients:
A pack of Konnyaku Jelly powder, 200g or less Castor sugar, 950ml water, 2 can of stuffed rambutan with pineapple.


Method:
- Mix Konnyaku Jelly powder with sugar well
- Pour it to 950ml boiling water
- Stir well until all sugar dissolve. Let it cool for a while.
- Put canned fruits in mold
- Pour jelly in mold
- Wait until cool before putting it in the fridge
- Serve Chill

Cooling recipe for hot weather. Sometime I use agar-agar instead. Must make time to make something like this for my kids.

I must try agar agar next. True, with current hot weather, a cooling jelly is heaven.
