Ingredient:
-
1 cup = 240ml
-
¾ cup of sago
-
1 honeydew
-
½ cup of sugar with 1 cup water
-
7 cups of water
-
½ cup of coconut milk



- Soak the sago in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes.
- Drain off the water and boil the sago with 5 cups of water.
- Boil until the sago turn transparent.
- Drain it with a sieve over running cold water. Put the cooked sago aside.
- Boil the ½ cup of water with 1 cup of water until it becomes syrup.
- Cut up the honeydew and remove the seeds.
- Blend half the honeydew to make juice.
- You can make honey balls with the other half or just cut small little cubes.
- Mix the honey dew juice, sago, coconut milk. Add syrup to taste.

Wow! looks so yummy! I think can use the same method for other fruits eh?

Ally: Yes you can have a mixture of fruits. Not sure how that taste like but I am drooling now. :p
