- 4 big pieces lamb chop,
(boil the mutton with hot water for about 10 minutes, then rise with cold water, wash away the frothy scum on the mutton, then the soup will be clear after hours of cooking.) - 1 radish,
- 2 carrot,
- 1 piece of ginger about the size of half of our palm,
- 1 table spoon of white pepper.
All throw into the slow cooker, by the time my parent came for dinner, the mutton soup was just nice.

Have it with the chop garlic and soy sauce, the garlic and the mutton - - perfect match
