Portion — 1 person.
- 1-2 stalk of Chinese celery, Diced.
- a tea spoon of ginger or garlic,
- 2 table spoon of sesame oil/cooking oil
- 1 cup of water
- salt and pepper to taste
heat the wok, heat about two table spoon of sesame oil (or just cooking oil), put in the garlic or ginger, then break two eggs, stir it, see the egg begin to cooked, pour in one cup of water, add salt and pepper, wait till it boiling, then off the heat and put in the Chinese celery, done.
