you mean liposuction?? That's a type of cosmetic surgery as well. Not sure how good it is but heard that the skin after the surgery will looks saggy as it is not natural slimming method.
Normally, it is advisable for those who really can't slim down and seriously obese (maybe with health problem). We as mummy of course will put on abit of weight since carried a few pregnancy but I don't really think it's a good choice for slimming. Exercise and diet control will be better and healthier.

well, it is always difficult to slim down a particular part of the body. Did you try cardio exercises? I mean like running, hiking, swimming or playing tennis, aerobics type which work all your major muscle group? I think for your case, hiking is best to tone and slim the lower body.
If you can allocate time for exercise, sign up at gym & get a personal trainer to guide you on working out the lower body with weight training, that will push yourself to work harder. But of course you must have strong will power and determination and the result will show if you are consistent.
If you prefer short-cut way and perhaps your hubby can pay you for the liposuction (since he complaint too much must get him to pay ) then you can start asking about the surgery from the doctor and seek their advise. I personally still prefer to go natural way, the slimming result will last longer.

Hi Yema,

Just to let you know that I've read in an article in one of the magazine about liposuction. A lady went and did liposuction ended up loosing both her legs up to her hips. They showed the before and after picture in the magazine too. This lady has a mild diabetes problem and after the liposuction, everything turn upside down for her. The best way to loose weight is the natural way by exercising and also cut down on our carbo intake.

Yes, Liposuction has risk. I read the same article that Sabrina mentioned. Hey if you are in a healthy condition, do not do any such things. Liposuction can puncture organs if not done properly.

Lately I been reading a lot of true stories about people who is healthy but because of minor defects, go take some medication or surgery that either end up in liver/kidney failures and even death.

Exercise and balance diet is the way to go. Slow but healthy.

Life is short, treasure it and provide your family with quality time.

Just my 2 sens
