Does anyone know of a good Chinese-based kindergarten in Penang? I'm interested in a Mandarin-based one (around USM or Bayan Lepas area).

I'm familiar with the Montessori method and wonder if the Mandarin-based kindergartens might follow it?

If anyone is looking for a good english kindy with a wide compound, let me know. I know a good one in Sg Nibong area, opp Pesta in Penang Island. No intensive syllabus. Smile

You can try Deansbrooke Preschool at Greenland, at the back of Islee boutique.

Hello thkiat

Any specific you want to know?

The school fee is RM150 per month (Jan - Dec). It is half day, starting morning 9am-12pm. If your child want extra Chinese class, it will be from 12-1pm with extra fees. It follows the public school's holiday.

You can visit the school for registration. It is open everyday in the morning except school holiday.
