Everyone wants to look good and healthy. Some are born with extra fat in the body and some are fortunate who do not but gain some as they indulge in good food. However many turn to all kinds of ways to loose the additional fat they do not want. Some take diet pills, herbal teas, detox, lipovox or go into diet plans.
For me, I always stick to the basic exercise, eat healthy meals with lots of fruits and drink lots of water. Shredding fat may be slow but at least it is healthy for me. What’s your secret?
