Parenting Tip #15 Stroller
9 CommentsStroller is a greatest invention for parents, if not at least for me. I trained my children from baby to sit in a stroller. In most case, they will sit in the stroller for a short period of time and later they will want to come up. The trick is when they want to get up, I will attract them with stuff like food or toys to keep them for another 30 minutes or so. After a while, they sit in the stroller throughout. I got to a point where Tim and Emily fight for the stroller.
With stroller, I can take 2 children to shopping on my own. Tim usually walks and Emily sits on the stroller. I don’t have a maid to escort me to shopping. If I carry Emily, I can only walk for 10 minutes and I feel tired. I rather not shop.
I feel more secure with Emily on the stroller. I am always afraid of children running around the crowded mall. They may bump into something or get lost. If they want to run, best to do it in the park.
By the way, with stroller I can shop with Emily for hours and hours. If she gets tired, she sleeps in it.

My kids can’t be in the strollers for too long, hubby likes them to be free. Sigh…

ya, my hubby wants the kids walk too instead of sitting in strollers. No worry, he will keep an eye with them.

I totally 101% agree…
Jeriel when baby he will sleep and drink milk in it and we can jalan-jalan for the whole day..
even now, if we plan to go out whole day, we must bring stroller so that jeriel can sleep.. -
stroller is very useful! and KW like her stroller too!

CE is unlike XY. He doesn’t want the stroller. Most of the time, it’s used to put stuff we bot. So sometimes we won’t even bring it along.

do your kids fight to push the stroller instead of sittin in it?

I can testify that Emily is great in the stroller. Unfortunate for me, Bryan never liked the stroller. 🙁

if en en can sleep in the stroller then it must be a great helper for us but too bad she never did even when she was 5 months old!
