Cheeky Emily
I was teaching Emily to call mummy but failed. She still refuses to call mummy. She can call mama but that also not so frequent. She can call almost everyone (papa, korkor, cheche, porpor, koongkoong, yeahyeah, mama, yiyi) except mummy.
Mummy: Call Mummy Mummy Mummy.
Emily: *ignore mummy & do her own things*
Mummy: Call Papa
Emily: Papaaaaaa *with a loud voice*
Mummy: Call Mummy *point to nose*
Emily: Noseeeee *show her cheeky face with her pucker lips*
Mummy: *geram, bite her fat thigh*
Emily: *giggles*

So cute..Let her try the easier one first. Keith will call me mi, mimi, maa.. At least better than nothing. He’ll automatically call papa when he sees his dad but not maa..sob sob..

why do they always leave “mummy” for last? can say “mum-mum” for food but not mummy….

Kakaka, u pointed to ur nose of course she’ll say nose mar. Try with mama or mimi first or even Ah Mi like what Zara (Agnes’s girl) did. Maybe mi will be easier. Destinee started calling me with mi first, later mum mum and finally mum mi.

Very soon very soon! Emily will call you mami!
YChing started with mama, then mi, then mami for quite some times but now back to mama again! Weird!

Haha. Another case like mine. Why they always want to ‘torture’ mummy like that ah?
Zara also, but New Years day called me liao. Ah Mee.. better than nothing loh hor?

Jeriel loves to start with Ah eg Ah Ni (Nanny), Ah mi (mummy), Ah Paz (Topaz—his cousin) etc…
