One night I was sleeping next to Emily because she just recovered from fever. I really got a scare from her. I am a late owl and I slept around 2am. She was snoring away and had no fever.

Suddenly she got up sitting on the bed. I thought she woke up. She started talking to me. I was not sure what she was saying. She was smiling too. Wah! I was freaking out because she was sleep talking with eyes open.

Slowly I made her lie back down and told her it is only a dream. Pat her lightly on her butt. She went back to snoring again. Wow that was quite an experience. I still don’t know what it was.

Was that similar to sleep walking without the walk? I hope that does not happen again.

Alicia: Must be frightening for you. If I see any of my children roaming in the house, I probably would freak out.

    3. Don’t think there’s anything to be worried about. It happens to my boys once in a while and I never really thought about it.
