Yummy, yummy, made me swallowed my saliva when browsing thru this. Wow, looks delicious but delicious to eat or not (hee, hee).
I tot u are suppose to use ‘kampung’ chicken to prepare this dish. Ur chicken looks like the ‘white’ chicken. I bet ‘kampung’ chicken will be tastier. Wah, ur chicken looks very big wor, can finish or not? If not, next time round, u know what to do lar, kekekeke.
Haven’t tried cooking this dish b4, will try one of dis days and will keep u informed what’s the outcome, okay?

Tracy: It was a last minute thingy, didn’t go to market or have time to buy Kampung chicken. I cooked for the weekend church small group gathering. 1 chicken also not enough lor. People sure dive in to drink all the soup.

Wah, Michelle, u oso know how to cook Asam Laksa and Hokkien mee ke? Mind sharing or not? I guess preparing Asam Laksa will be very, very troublesome. Got to cut and slice all the ingredients … sigh …. Better order a bowl from the stall and gobble, ‘suin so’.
Whenever we visit Penang, I will always ask my hubby to go to the stall at the bottom of “Kek Lok Si” to have Asam Laksa leh. We will usually have 2 bowls each! And will order sugar cane juice and oso ‘mua chi’. Slurp … slurp … slurp.
